I am very happy with the bifold door I purchased from this company. The door itself is beautifully , and a fantastic addition to my home. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. The entire team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and Jasmine in customer service went completely above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her exceptional care, responsiveness, and professionalism turned a great purchase into an unforgettable experience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Really happy with the quality and price of the custom aluminum windows. These are euro style block window with easy to install brackets. It's a huge premium the glass is tempered too. FYI Aluminum windows require expansion joints between stucco, most installers likely won't know since they don't have experience with it. Drip cap or z-flashing is also required at the top.

Had a minor issue with a door lock and submitted an after-hours request. They called me back first thing the next morning to help diagnose the issue. They gave me a phone number I could use for follow up questions and it went directly to the same representative (versus a general call center number). I was ultimately able to resolve the issue same day, based on their guidance. Great service.

Amazing customer service and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my husband when we suffered 2 break-ins at our home 6mo apart, needing to replace our accordion door both times. They were swift to aid us in a most frustrating time and helped us replace our doors in less than 48hrs both times at minimal cost. Very caring and empathetic. I highly recommend!

We found these door walls, and where immediately sold on them based on there quality and price point. We purchased 3 of them and had them installed for a year now and they are a real treat. The customer service is also very easy to contact;) Thank you Eris

We purchased a 5-panel door from Eris and replace the front of our house with the beautiful panoramic view doors. We couldn't be happier - they look and work wonderfully. They have been a pleasure to work with.

We purchased a 16’ x 8’ Eris patio door, and we couldn’t be happier with the product and the company behind it.

During installation, we discovered that a few panels had slight bends. It wasn’t our fault or our installer Jeff Cooke’s fault, but Eris immediately stood behind their product. Jeff was able to pick up the replacement parts directly from their warehouse, and everything was replaced just two days later. Eris also covered the labor for the return visit, which was incredibly appreciated.

The door looks beautiful, works perfectly, and it was refreshing to see a manufacturer truly stand behind its product. A remodel can be stressful, but Eris made this part of the process completely seamless. Highly recommended.

I purchased windows from them several years ago. I had an incident with one of the panels so I called them up and they took care of it immediately. Very good company I would recommend them to anyone.
